Flocci Schools ERP · Admissions

Admission management: from first enquiry to enrolled student

Flocci Schools ERP captures every admission enquiry into a status pipeline (new, contacted, documents pending, enrolled), lets your office verify uploaded documents, and enrols the student in one click — generating the next admission number automatically from your school's own prefix and numbering rules.

What you get

  • Enquiry pipeline with status lanes: new → contacted → documents pending → enrolled
  • Notes and follow-up history on every enquiry
  • Document upload and one-click verification on the student profile
  • Automatic sequential admission numbers using your school's prefix and digit rules (e.g. ADM0412)
  • Enrolment creates the student record and the parent's portal login in the same step
  • CSV import to bring existing student records into a new workspace

How it works in Flocci Schools ERP

  1. 1A guardian's enquiry enters the pipeline with status 'new'
  2. 2Your admissions officer contacts them, adds notes, moves the card to 'contacted'
  3. 3Documents (e.g. birth certificate) are uploaded and verified against the profile
  4. 4One click enrols the student: admission number generated, parent portal account created

Frequently asked questions

Can the school define its own admission number format?

Yes. Each school tenant sets its own prefix and digit count, and the system generates the next sequential number automatically at enrolment — for example ADM0412.

What happens to the parent when a student is enrolled?

Enrolment automatically creates a parent user account linked to the student, so the guardian can log in to the portal for homework, attendance, notices and fee payment without any extra setup.

Can we import students from our old system?

Yes — CSV import is built in, so an existing school can bring its current student records into a fresh Flocci workspace instead of re-typing them.
